I agree with scraggles' post, 1rst page. I'm not quoting it in case someone gets seriously offended.

I'm female and I play only female characters.
I used to play male as well, but they end up looking so feminine in the end I thought I might as well play the gender I feel most comfortable with. :3
It's funny how male players argue that it's better to have to stare at the bum of a female toon. I for one usually stare at my skills or my/allies'/foes' health bars when playing. When exploring I much rather look at the gorgeous enviroment design than my toon...
Anyway, tis the way it'll always be.

I like the part where all 3 female areas add up to the amount of the least amount guy one (ironically guys playing guys).

I'm chick with both (10 toons 2 dudes - sin and ranger), bf has both, split 4-4, took all the sexually ambiguous looking toons (eles, mesmers, and then factions on) and made them chicks. I did it for lols.

I too have a gender, and I enjoy playing with characters of the same gender, and also with characters of the opposite gender to the one that I am.

male with male only charactersl. I have no desire to be a woman in any aspect. Plus I think its very creepy that a bunch of dudes pretend to be chicks online. You know who you are.

I might have posted in this thread already, I can't remember. But anyways, I play mostly all males, my only female character is my ele. I only play her because I don't like any of the male armors and I like how some of the female ones look.

I react so, i know who i am. First off i play with a character(all female), i dont roll play ,so i never pretend to be female. I always make clear that im male, although i rarely interact with strangers. Second ,i dont know what your looking for in this game, girlfriend?, well not me i got 1 in RL.

Oh yeah, I just *hated* all the male wamo humpers who wouldnt leave my female ele alone. It escalated so much that I had to place her with her back to the fire or hide among the barrels near it. Post-searing Ascalon 3 years ago... Time smegging flies.

I keep trying to make a male character, but I'm not too fond of how alot of them look and stuff D:
I wouldn't mind playing a guy though, if I could make one that I like.
Maybe then I'd get less random whispers asking for money and stuff because I'm 'cute'.

I think male monks are the best looking male toons. Warriors are way too bulky and "fat", caster classes are either drag, sexless or covered in protruding veins (necros)... male monks also avoid the multi-coloured condom-suits.

Male Necro, its a dirty job to be a necro, you have to be somewhat evil, so no women there also

Female Ele, male eles just dont "feel" right, if you know what I mean...
Female Ranger, love for nature etc

Monk, actually I got 2 of these as I really like to play them a lot.

My male monk was my main char, but in my opinion Female armors look better on monks, so I created a female monk ~2 weeks ago, she is rank 2 survivor atm

I really dont care what sex a persons character is, although the overall tendency is that Female players roll female toons, and male players mostly roll both.

Must say, not a fan of your reasons. I'm a girl irl and play girl charas. I and a female war and necro. Females can fight just as well as any guy and whos to say women can't be evil? Ok sorry not trying to attack you or anything please dont take it that way just not big on the stereotyping of females into certain rolls. -.-

Started a few male ones, but deleted them and made them female. The males just generally don't look as good.

I did the same thing Lilith.... Kept on trying to make male charas lol but it just didn't seem to work.
